Product Description of Hammer Mill:

(1) Double Shaft Hammer Mill--the motor and rotor are installed in the same heavy-duty base, using coupling direct drive, rotor passes accurate dynamic balancing test, the hammers are arranged symmetrically.
(2) Double shaft hammer mill--unique feeding design, the feeding inlet is made at the side of the device to make feeding easily.
(3) Double shaft hammer mill--the shell is welded by steel plate, the site in the crush room which connects to the materials all use the wearable and commutative parts and double wear plate.
(4) Double shaft hammer mill--hammers adopts special abrasion resistent treatment technology, extend its lifetime greatly.

Sawdust Hammer Mill Details:

The corners of the hammer are bead welded with high hardness material like carbon tungsten alloy. The welding layer thickness is 1-3mm. The lifetime is 7- 8 times by normal 65Mn overall quenching hammer.

The rotor has made the balance test and can work backward. The motor and the Wood Hammer Mill are directly connected by the coupling, the built-in rotor, the smashing has no dead angle, and the finished product is more uniform.
