What raw materials can be used for sawdust granulator?

The sawdust granulator may not be new to everyone. The so-called sawdust granulator is used to make sawdust into biomass fuel particles, which can be used as fuel.
The raw materials of sawdust granulator are some waste materials in daily life and production, which can be reused after processing. But for the sawdust granulator, not all production wastes can be used to produce particles. Here we will introduce the raw material sources and requirements of the granulator to help you better use the equipment.
1. Crop residues: Crop residues include cotton straw, wheat straw, rice straw, corn straw, corn cob and other crop stalks. Besides being used as raw materials for energy generation, the so-called "crop residues" can also be used for other purposes. For example, corncob can be used as the main raw materials for the production of xylitol, furfural and other chemical products; Corn straw, wheat orange, cotton straw and other straws can be mixed with resin to make fiber board after treatment; Straw can also be directly returned to the field as fertilizer.
2. Wood chips sawn with a band saw: The wood chips sawn with a band saw have a particularly good granulation degree, the production of particles is stable, the particles are smooth, the hardness is high, and the energy consumption is small.
3. Small shavings of furniture factory: because the particle size is relatively large, it is not easy to enter the sawdust granulator, so it is easy to block, so the shavings need to be crushed before use.
4. Sanding powder of board factory and furniture factory: The proportion of sanding powder is relatively light, which is not easy to enter the granulator and is easy to block. It is recommended to mix wood chips to make granules together, and the proportion can be about 50% each to achieve the best effect.
5. Wood and wood chip leftovers: wood and wood chip leftovers can be used only after being crushed.
6. Fibrous materials: The length of fibrous materials shall be controlled and generally shall not exceed 5mm.
The use of sawdust granulator not only solves the problem of waste storage, but also brings new benefits. However, the sawdust granulator has requirements for raw materials. Only by meeting these requirements, can better particles be produced.
