Once the material catches fire, not only the machine will be damaged, but also serious casualties will be caused. Originally a small business, it must not be a big mistake due to the lack of fire prevention awareness.

During the use of the sawdust granulator, the pulverization and crushing sections are still almost, mainly the dryer and the cooling part, so be sure to pay attention to the danger of sparks and high temperatures.

In addition, in the particle cooling stage, we have a cooling machine. For small-volume equipment, a cooling machine is not required, and it can be automatically air-dried and cooled. However, for a complete production line of medium and large sawdust pelletizers with an output of more than 2.5 tons per hour, a cooler should be equipped to cool the pellets. Otherwise, the temperature of the pellets that have just come out is as high as 70 degrees, and the heat generated by a large amount of accumulation cannot be bagged at all. Pack.

Finally, in the periphery of the entire pellet production plant, we should also pay attention to the prevention of open fire and dark fire. In summer, the weather is dry and the material is dry, and all aspects of the Wood Pellet Mill should be protected against high temperature weather in summer.
