1. When the material flow is significantly reduced, let the cooler manually discharge the material and increase the return material flow, so that the material flow at the feed port of the granulator increases to ensure the granulation quality. At this moment, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the return material pipe is blocked. If the return material pipe is blocked, stop the cooler to manually discharge the material and open the return material. If the return material pipe is not blocked, wait to observe the feeding situation of the material inlet.

2. When the granulator equipment is completed, make sure that all the materials are discharged cleanly, and let the equipment idle for a few more minutes to avoid causing a part of the material to be stuck inside the equipment.

3. Take advantage of the limited time when the equipment is shut down, carry out corresponding routine inspections on the equipment. Check whether the fixing bolts are loose, and tighten the loose bolts. Check the wear level of the blade and die and keep a record.

4. Its shutdown sequence is opposite to that of startup, and the related equipment is shut down in sequence from front to back according to the technological process. When the low material level indicator of the granulation bin shows no material, open the manual feeding door of the granulator and observe the material flow at the feeding port.

5. Stop the supply of steam or water and stop the discharge of the cooler, close the feeder and conditioner, then clean the ring die with oily materials, clear bran or soybeans, and then turn off the main motor of the granulator. Check the process of the granulation system: that is, check whether the cooler, elevator, return material pipe, centrifugal separator, grading screen, etc. have accumulated material. Then turn off the main power of the granulation system and do a good job in cleaning.

After the wood pellet mill is shut down, we need to do the work after it is shut down. After shutting down, we also need to observe the filling and use of lubricating oil every day, in order to avoid the occurrence of abnormal accidents, and it can be more smoothly when the machine is turned on next time. conduct.
