When the operator completes the pelletizing work of the sawdust pellet machine, he must add oil to the machine to replicate the pellets at least three times, and then stop the machine. Fill the die hole of the die plate with oil to ensure that the die hole is not blocked by the raw material, the purpose is to prepare for the next operation and save the next machine start-up time.

Motor power type: The motor power type machine can be stopped by pressing the stop button.

Power model: keep the machine in the no-load state, pull the clutch to the disengaged state and then move the speed control handle to the stop position (with clutch model)

Gasoline powered models:

1. Move the speed control handle of the Wood Pellet Machine to the low speed position

2. Turn off the engine switch

3. Turn off the fuel switch of the pellet machine

When the wood pellet machine is shut down, the operation should be in accordance with the specifications, which is beneficial to prolong the service life of the equipment.

The shutdown operation sequence of the pellet mill is opposite to that of the startup, and the related equipment is shut down from front to back according to the process flow. After discharging the material in the return pipe, wait a few minutes, and then discharge the material in the cooler, so that only a small amount of return material in the return pipe can be maintained, which can reduce the pollution to the next production.

Stop the supply of steam or water and stop the discharge of the cooler, close the feeder and conditioner, then clean the ring die with oily materials, clear bran or soybeans, and then turn off the main motor of the pellet machine. Check the granulation system process: check whether there is accumulated material in the cooler, elevator, return feed pipe, centrifugal separator, grading screen, etc., and finally turn off the total power of the granulation system of the wood pellet machine, and do a good job in cleaning.
