After discharging the material in the return pipe, wait a few minutes, and then discharge the material in the cooler, so that only a small amount of return material in the return pipe can be maintained, which can reduce the pollution to the next production.
Stop the supply of steam or water and stop the discharge of the cooler, close the feeder and conditioner, then clean the ring die with oily materials, clear bran or soybeans, and then turn off the main motor of the pellet machine. Check the granulation system process: check whether there is accumulated material in the cooler, elevator, return feed pipe, centrifugal separator, grading screen, etc., and finally turn off the total power of the granulation system of the wood pellet machine, and do a good job in cleaning.
